Non-Graphic Reports

These reports can be generated in detailed or summary formats, indicating usage of trunks including the different network carriers, extensions, departments and accounts. These reports also have the option to list official, non official, local, national, international, incoming, extension to extension unanswered and highlighted calls. The date range for all the reports has to be selected.

Voice Recording

Hard and Soft encompasses an Enterpise IP Voice recorder. Upon set up all calls can be recorded via the MGI channels on the PABX. Clients can use the current TMS platform to search for calls making the product user friendly. As the solution is server based it is a reliable and robust solution for SME businesses. The product has built-in encryption and search facilities allowing you to find recordings by time of day, extension number etc.

NMS Call Reports

The hard and soft has active monitoring as an added feature. The system actively scans all your incoming lines as well as all the extensions on the PABX, as soon as it detects a system alarm it will automatically generate an e-mail notification to you as well as the system administrator. No more paying for unused lines. Make sure that your investment is working at 100% performance.
